As 2020 comes to a close, I’ve learned the following:
- To not take things for granted.
- Health is wealth.
- Don’t lose sight things of things that make you happy.
- Collective effort is better than individual effort.
- Travel more, when the chance permits.
- Every minute concentrating on others’ efforts is one minute not invested in your own life.
- Don’t be afraid to be yourself.
- There needs to be a sense of vulnerability or discomfort to grow.
- The past is in the past for a reason.
- Be wary of people’s opinions. It sometimes isn’t about you, its their projection.
- If something isn’t working, pivot.
- If doors aren’t opening, build your own door.
- Life will always have its ups and downs. Dust yourself off and move on.
- Boundaries are healthy.
- Go outside more often.
- Express yourself freely.
- Simplify to amplify.
- Skincare is the ultimate self care activity.
- Meaningful conversations can go a long way.
- Be more nice to yourself.
